It has been brought to Management’s attention yesterday that a “Notice to All Residents from Care For the Children” was posted on all resident’s front doors, and as a reminder, curbside painting is not allowed without prior written consent by the Board of Directors and that homeowners should refrain from having any person, vendor, or organization perform work on Association owned and maintained property or risk being called to a hearing and potentially being liable to reimburse the Association for any damages caused.
